You can restrict control commands to users who have a specific role.

If a user is alone in a voice channel, the dj role will be ignored.

Setup a dj role

The command is: /setdj @role

You can custom which commands can djs user via the /djcommands command

You can transfer a queue DJ with /givedj @user
